We’ve added a beautiful light reddish/pink paint stroke image to the back of the Welcome header, and added some extra text to it as well. Also, a light grey text shadow has been added to the text so it can be seen over the paint stroke. These changes are only available on Desktop.
We’ve fixed an issue where the bottom of the Old Windows Betas menu under the ISO Finder was cut off.
We’ve fixed an issue where the link for Windows Vista Home Basic SP2 32-bit was not working.
We’ve fixed an issue where the More Resources header and section on the Operating Systems page was vertically misaligned.
We’ve fixed an issue where the OS modals on the Classic View page may have been missing the acrylic effect on certain web browsers.
Introduced last week – we upgraded our download server, and downloads are faster than ever! Read more about that here.
And of course, as usual, we’ve included backend fixes, speed improvements, and fixes for other minor errors that you possibly may not see.
It has officially been three years since the very first iteration of ISOBook was released on June 10, 2017! ISOBook has come so far in these few years – from a simple Google Sites list of a couple ISOs to one of the biggest online libraries of Windows ISO files. Who knows what more is to come!
Below is a visual history of ISOBook from June 10, 2017 to today:
ISOBook is down for routine maintenance. We are doing from Thursday (today) to Friday (tomorrow) instead of Wednesday to Thursday this week. ISOBook now shows a maintenance page when loading, which will give updates. This downtime is used to make your ISOBook experience better.
The ETA for the both the website and the download site being back up is May 29 (tomorrow) at 1:30PM EST.
If you need a specific ISO urgently for some reason and we are the only place that has it, please contact us with this specific email link and we will send you a different link ASAP.
If an ETA is changed or removed, you can see on the left panel under Server Status on the maintenance page which is located at the site’s address: ISOBook.net.
